So, to recap:
Press and hold both Power and Volume Up.
Volume Up until Recovery Mode.
Press and hold Volume Up and Power until Recovery menu displays.
Use Volume buttons to select and Power button to choose Factory Reset.
Factory Reset.
It doesn't work! It's a Sky Tablet
This works as shown! Problem is that the original email is remembered on the cloud somewhere so if you don't have that original email it was set up with, this device is maybe good for parts.

How do you fix your Onn tablet that's stuck in a logo loop? This method didn't work.
Volume + power just hold till reboot menu appears...select wipe data...then select reboot

Hey i have a onn tablet that's the walmart brand and the screen is not responding to touch and there is a little lock icon at the top left corner am assuming is some type of touch lock any has any idea how to fix it

My ONN detachable keyboard was working and now it’s not-doesn’t seem to be connected to the tablet anymore. Would a hard reset fix this? Or is there another way to get it back to working. Nothing was spilled on it or anything- I was working on it, walked away for a few minutes then it wasn’t working?!?
My password won't work now I rebooted but can't log in to reset it.

When u see the green robot No Command, did u say just hold "on" a minute, or just hold "down" a min? Is this process to reboot/reset OR erase the whole tablet of info? I thought it was to reboot/reset?

I got to the screen but when I click any of the options it just shuts down again and again it doesn't show the android bot I did manage to reset it one time before watching this through settings it worked for a bit then it shut down again

My tablet's battery had gotten low. So I plugged it in to the charger. After it had been on the charger for a while, I tried to use the tablet. It wouldn't turn on. I was able to get the recovery screen to come on after holding the power button and the volume up button. Unfortunately, none of the options would work. The tablet would just shut back off after selecting any of the options. So I found another USB A to USB C cable and used it to plug the tablet into my laptop's USB port. After it had been plugged into my laptop, I was able to get the recovery screen to work. I selected the recovery option and the other recovery screen came up. I then selected the option to reboot. After I was able to get back into the Android OS, I saw that the battery was at 3 percent. So apparently the charger I was using didn't recharge the tablet's battery for some reason.

Well now I'm hurt. 😅 It popped up the charging logo which it hasn't done but after a while it still says 2% and won't turn on. 😩
@@destinyhigdon1621 My guess would be that you need to get another charge cable. There might be something wrong with the charge cable you are using. That was what happened in my case. The laptop is optional. At the least you would need an ac to usb adapter or a usb charge battery pack.
When I select the boot option, the screen dims a little bit, but then the tablet shuts off completely. Any advice?

Mine just keeps showing me the dead battery charging symbol with the lightning strike in it. It's a brand new tablet. Is it not charging because I don't have the cord it came with, its a regular mirco USB one.

I think that’s hardware issue not software so you need to replace the camera or if you have warranty contact them about it

Does this work if its locked up by someone else's Google account? We bought this for my son but have no way of getting the password or anything to reset it.
Same problem. We bought this for our daughter, we helped her set it up with her new email, the screen broke and it sat for several years. I put a new screen on it then it wants the email that was set up on the device. My daughter tried all her emails that she could remember. I reset to factory settings, cleared the cache but it always remembers the original email even if you don't remember

You can’t bypass the password but you can reset it
