@Bradjd56 You're right! Even if the microphone could pick up these frequencies, the volume would cause clipping. Do you want me to send you a cookie? I don't need to hear the speaker to predict how it will perform. The corners will cause standing waves. It's like throwing a stone into a rectangular pool. The surround and the rounded corners help, but not as if it were a normal circular cone. There is a reason Morel or Audax don't make square drivers.
