I really find your videos to be relatable and honest which adds much value for people like me who are trying to switch to the field of analytics.
I have a question though. I did civil engineering and it wasn't focused on programming and statistics. Now I am out of university, so from where can I study the pre-requisite courses for MS in BA?
Are there programs online that universities count as credible credits?
If so please do tell us about those.

I'm getting my bachelors in marketing and a minor is business analytics, do you think the minor will help me get into more technical roles?
Hi Arika, I am an intovert and I want to take up that career which requires less human interaction and more with computers :) Do you think Business Analytics can help me to progress towards more IT driven field like data analyst and coder etc. without taking any additional education? I am from Medical background and I want to apply Canada where I cannot directly take IT related course and I want to take MBA or MSBA as a bridge to transition. Plus, MBA vs MSBA which is more IT driven and requires comparatively less communication? I don't mind learning coding, etc.
Hi Arika, I wanted to know how you got into the People Analytics career? Did your pyschology degree help you or did you do any HR related studies? I want to steer away from specialising in Accounting and finance even though i did that for my UG. I wanted to specialise in something Management related and one of the first things that came to me were HR. I'm also really interested in BA so can I incorporate HR into BA in my career? how do i do it?

Hi Amsel! I took a look and I’m not sure I love it depending on what you are looking for. It seems that everything will be recorded in terms of the lectures and you will have to have a lot of self directed learning. The positive is that it is flexible. It’s a bit of a red flag though that they are posting any direct career outcomes from the program.

Welcome back! I’m scouting web pages of U.S. universities and looking at their prerequisites for accepting a candidate for MSBA. All the ones I have seen require you to know Python. Please, was this part of the prerequisites during your own time? And did you use Python for your coursework?

I am about to pursue my one-year BA Master's anyway, and in the meantime, I would like to learn beforehand and make the best use of every time I get there to learn other skills so that I get to make myself job ready. Is the Wharton BA online course or the HBS Core course which would be a better option and adds more value? I do not have analytics work experience and would like to switch my job role. Please let me know what your thoughts are.

Hi Bharath! Both are good, it won’t make a huge difference which one you go with. What will make a difference is if you can try to get a short internship or do practice projects for your data portfolio. This will show initiative in a huge way!
