I created extensions, and greetings. Couple questions... Greetings = voicemail? Main greeting = greeting? Main greeting doesnt play when you call our number, it just rings and goes to voicemail. I am sure I am just missing some small details.

Worst company ever! Started their free trial Friday, and Monday, they canceled the trial and said we violated their terms of service. No one on their team will tell me what we did that violated their terms. I'd recommend NEVER using this company.
