My next move to learn on ice! I am finding Hockey Skates share a ton of traits with Wizard skates. The rocker and very apparent edges have really helped me be able to feel these movements. I think this one should translate really well.

oh hockey skates would really be great for this move! it can also be thought of as a hockey spin where you just Change between clockwise and counter clockwise rotation 🙂!

@@wheels_in_balance I have been practicing just a plain mohawk turn so this movement will be a great progression. Especially because my hip flexibility sucks and this movement is close to my current radius😆 Almost everything I am learning on ice has come straight from wizard tutorials. I am surprised there is not more free skate ideas for the ice. It is either figure or hockey and not much in between.

@@infinityphotorob its a very good exercise to get your switch mohawk more natural as well! go own it 🤘!

@@wheels_in_balance man me and my wife tried this last night! I could not for the life of me do the steps so I just swung right into it. Awkward at first but was swinging all over the place after I found my weight placement. Sort of like weird monster walking. She even to it down to were there was just a micro step. Really great tutorial and breakdown.

nice man! congrats on the trick! when you get more experience its mostly used for changing spin directions so its a good one to get down 🙂
