When the nightclubs all died so did a piece of the soul of this city.

After 9/11, people would prank call their highschools from payphones and leave bomb threats with silly names like "This is the decepticons, we will blow up *highschool name here* if we don't get pictures of everyone with shoes on their heads" . and even though it's obviously a joke, school had to be shut down due to regulations.

what? no that is not what Deceptikons was at all. They were way before 9/11, large gangs of kids would run around causing general mayhem. Like sixty 9-13 year old kids running down the street smashing things up and attacking people and such.
@@chrisstolfa6819 you have no idea what your talking about...lol...The decepticons was a high school street gang from Brooklyn who use go to High schools a hundred deep and rob and beat people silly. They used to hang mostly at Park West and Graphic HS in Hells Kitchen. Even the teachers were scared, to the point that they would close the schools early when word got around that the decepts were going to be outside after school. This was the late 80s early 90s, has nothing to do with prank phone calls...lol
