Great vid my friend. It should be noted for the record this is what is left of TOP. Most have moved on after the svs defeat to merge with others. Also what's left of TOP here didn't play to win was just playing for points. DD also stopped short of taking all 5 locations to farm points.
Generally if you have a teammate with higher power than you I join the rally and do not start it. Also the one starting it takes the brunt of the damage so you will want the rally started with the team mate with a higher power.

Why don’t you ever start rallies yourself?
