Regarding the new grun at the beach, it's imperative that the club owns the stadium outright. You dina want to be relying on councils, look at the problems Coventry city had. The worst thing we did was build the Dick Donald stand, we should have built 2 identical stands behind baeth goals holding 4 thousand each, then over the years done up the main and south stands, a bitty like Hibs and Hertz have done, only to better standard than them. That's fit I think anyway.
I think your point about the Dick Donald is interesting, because any redevelopment of Pittodrie if that’s what we are going to do is seriously going to impact our crowds whilst the work carries on
@RedTintedGlasses In the sort term I'd pit a roof on the red shed similar to the south stands, maybe also take the boundary of the red shed right up to the corner flag and do away with the uncovered section in the south stand, that work could probably be done during the summer.
Bit unfair on Jack I think. He's had a good season so far, just back from injury and I didnt think he was anywhere near our worst player. Not sure I agree with Ruby having all the traits to be a brilliant modern day, ball playing defender... he's 25, when is he going to show any of that? He's nowhere near good enough, doesnt have the mentality or patience to play modern day defense. Far too rash and a poor decision maker. Finally why doesnt Duk play up front? Good in the air, presses defenders, holds it up and links play, works the channels and can run on to balls over the top. We are obsessed with playing people out of position. Duk up top with Clarkson or Mcgrath just behind and 2 proper wide men delivering crosses.
Yeah possibly a bit harsh on Jack, but I think with what’s going on around the contract there will be extra focus/pressure. Agreed with Ruby, he needs to show much better understanding and stop the nonsense mistakes. He has been here long enough now. Only thing I can think for Duk is his height, but then see Kyogo at Celtic. We seem to love playing players out of position don’t we.
@@RedTintedGlasses Seems obvious that we need a more experienced centre half, and yet we have one one the bench. I think a lot of us would want MacDonald to get a run, but for some undisclosed reason he's not - either play him or replace him, just doesn't make sense otherwise.
@@kaizer1903 I'd agree. Ruby's probably better in the air, but his bombscare potential compared to MacDonald's calming things the fuck down, makes that a fairly clear decision as far as I can see!😀
Unless there is something in training it doesn’t make sense why we aren’t seeing more of him in the first team. Especially given the errors which are leading to goals

Have a great chrimbo awbdy, hopefully the dandies pick up soon.. 🧑🎄
Rubazic and Malloy needs binned. We'll nae win anything with them as wur centre half's.
Malloy wasn’t signed to be a starter yet still plays every week

@DaveInkster Aye, I'm nae getting why McDonald's on the bench, For me he's wur best defender by a fair bit.
