Your landscaping always blows my mind. It literally looks like you just grab any plant and you make them work! I’m so jealous!! I can’t landscape 😂😂🤣

This home is so cute! I love the realistic details like the drawings on the fridge or bike on the wall. I wish we had bikes for kids. I never use this bikes in the game but if we had them for kids or scooters I’d use them all the time! I agree we need more comfy looking family style couches and I think we need more matching loveseats for the couches.
i like that you’re including tool mod tips. seeing the way you’re using it definitely gives new inspo to the same old items. please keep adding them if you come across it!!
High school came with a white pillow in the debug catalog that you can rotate with tool to put on couches ect. If you don’t want the printed ones from the little campers kit.

Hi simlicy! I just wanted to start off by saying that your builds are honestly the best out there imo. I always use your builds for my families, and you inspire me to get better at building! Would you be able to make a trailer home for a lower-class family? I'd love to use it for my current storyline, knowing you, you would totally nail it. 😊❤
As always, I'm blown away by the intricacy of your roofing! It really elevates what would otherwise be a simple house shape.
It depends on how well you're keeping up with the laundry, one hamper per any size household could be plenty if you're keeping up with it. If not, 2 or more could be useful.
Your voice is so nice and calming! I fell asleep listening to a build earlier and had to rewatch the video. 😅
The 2 living rooms thing... My aunt & uncle's old house had a separate sitting room & a living room w/a tv. Idk what they mainly used the sitting room for during the rest of the year? But at Christmas it was always the room where they put the tree & where everyone gathered to exchange presents.

I love this house so so muchhhhh! I’m excited to use it for my sims, cause I like how it’s not to fancy or big, don’t get me wrong I love big house’s I use it all the time, but it’s more realistic family home when it’s not to big and don’t have like a entryway, a lot of houses I’ve been around you walk in the living room, either way the house is gorgeous keep up the good work simlicy!
I’ve seen other builders use the debug white pillows from high school years as throw pillows. I don’t know how they work out gameplay wise because I don’t have access to the game but might be an option if you’re wanting a plain throw pillow. I believe I saw either Kiwi Sims Kate or Jessicapie do it, I can’t quite remember
I agree 100% about the artwork. I find myself still using more CC and gallery artwork than what's provided in-game. Also, I think we need more kids' artwork in the game. We've had too many packs come with activity tables, but with the same drawings from the base game. :/
This is one of my favorite builds of yours. Can't wait to use it in my game. The clutter and decor in the kids' rooms is amazing!

Such a pretty house! I like your buildings a lot, especially with all the clutter, they always look so lived-in.
I'm sure you know about gallery art. I use it a lot, because I rarely find art that fits in-game, and when you use photographs, it's not that expensive.

This is beautiful! I literally spent 2 hours trying to find and decorate a 3 bedroom shell for my family with 2 kids last night. This would have been perfect. It's too expensive for my Sims but I might use a mod to get a loan and buy it!
this build made me wanna attempt building the roofing first mostly. i'm sure it will come out bad though. lol. but yours...yours came out lovely. love this house!

When she was taking about the chit chat room, it actually fits my house perfectly because I have a piano i there (I play) and my mom and dad sit there and talk quiet a lot it also doesn’t have a Tv so we have a living room and formal living room is what we call it

This is super random but I was thinking about all the packs you use building and then I realized nobody uses Batuu. 🤣 It’s literally the only pack I didn’t buy and never will. Everyone seems to have just disregarded it after the initial release when Game Changers or whatever they’re called now had to try it out. That’s hilarious to me for some reason.
The TOOL mod has to be the best thing to ever come out for Sims 4. I hope EA just puts those capabilities into the next Sims games. Preferably hiring TwistedMexi to do it. Haha.
I'm gonna have to spend another $600 just to be able to download this build!!! Damn, this is not a cheap hobby!

I just joined Sims four and I’m really bad at building. I only know how to build in one game. Would you be able to show either a tour video or is it a way that you could add me if you can add people and if you could build me a three bedroom house, master bedroom, baby/toddler used for both and a kid room and boy colors that’s OK and the kid room would obviously be for a kid teen and adult
Is there a 3 story and 3 generations house. The grandparents take over the first floor, and have the biggest bedroom. The parents have the second floor, and the kids have the third floor.
