今回は、昨年納車させていただいたロードホッパーの出荷整備内容Part.3をお届け致します。
点火はDYNA2000Iをインストール。点火タイミングマップをパソコンで制作し、車両に繋いで設定します。アイドリングでは三拍子を出しつつ、1500回転以上では45度で進角。VOESも使用してノッキングの防止、負荷がかかった際のトルクの増大も狙います。
苦労してようやく完成させた車両は最高に楽しいです。
絶対壊れないという自信しかないので、自分の体のすべてをバイクに任せられます笑

This time, we will be delivering Part 3 of the shipping maintenance content for the Roadhopper that was delivered last year.
The ignition is installed with the DYNA2000I. The ignition timing map is created on a computer and connected to the vehicle to set it. At idle, it produces three beats, but at 1500 rpm or more, it advances the timing by 45 degrees. It also uses VOES to prevent knocking and to increase torque when the load is applied.
The vehicle that I finally completed after a lot of hard work is the most fun.
I have complete confidence that it will never break, so I can leave everything to the bike.

点火タイミングの調整で、上死点マークが無いと字幕にありますが、正しくは進角マークが無いです。そのため、進角させた状態でのタイミングを見ることができないので、デジタルタイミングライトで点滅をあえてずらして、上死点マークを使って進角時のタイミングが見れるようになっています。The subtitles say that the timing is adjusted so that there is no top dead center mark, but the correct term is that there is no advance mark. Therefore, since it is not possible to see the timing when the advance is made, the blinking is deliberately shifted using a digital timing light so that the timing when the advance is made can be seen using the top dead center mark.

Super vidéo, impeccable la fabrication des pots échappement et le réglage de la moto ( tourne nickel ! ) par contre au début de la vidéo on voit une croix gammée sur le robinet de réservoir ( logo des nasis de la seconde guerre mondiale) cela pourrait choqué certains français et européens,
