i think the strongest part of the sombrero bean bomb is that you can control a small area for 5 seconds because the zombies have to leave or die especially on herbal assault/gardens and grave yards

Dark bean bomb is better for jumping but the damage penalty really hurts, sombrero can catch people off guard easy because of how long it takes to blow up.
Both are about the same

I can not tolerate 45 sec recharge of the chili bean bomb and plus its boring to use, dosent have a cool hat and he dosent speak in funny Spanish aswell.

imo, You don't necessarily have to kill with it, you can see it as a way of pressuring the enemy team to reposition, like trying to put them on an unfavorable and exposed position or just make them retreat and buy some time for you teammates

Whilst yes, both can have the same usage, dark bean bomb will mostly be used for bean jumping, plus, the short fuse and small blast radius most likely won't make them move a lot (same for reg bean), on the other hand, sombrero will make the enemy move either farther away or more time due to the fuse time
Or to put it simply, use whatever you want, lol
