when everything is installed before you open the health app put your phone in airplane mode open the app, pick a location, like United Kingdom, (DO NOT PICK THE UNITED STATES) go thru the steps. At the log in/ sign up page turn off airplane mode off, sign up or log in if you already have a Huawei account.

Just sharing a method that worked for me.
1st. Uninstall Huawei Health app.
2nd. Install it (BUT DONT START THE APP!)
3rd. Go in airplane mode, then start the app. It will ask you to chose you country, pick any country you want, you can probably pick your own. Im for Serbia and i picked it, everything worked just fine.
4th. After picking the coutry, turn the airplane mode off, then you will be prompted to create Huawei ID (here just use your mobile phone number to create the account )
5th. You have the full Huawei Health app unlocked. Enjoy the full experience like it was intended to :)

@@iqqiMancester Thanks. I have now the GT2 Pro. I notice that Huawei has hundreds of Watchfaces, many for free, some cost around .5 to 1 US Dollar. But the Watchfaces only shown if we are using Huawei Hardware without Google play. My Xiaomi with Google Play only shown few Watchfaces as comparison.

Not working on Huawei/Honor mobile. U must install the 10.0.1.021 Health béta, create the chinese id, and change the english ont your mobile in settings. Install and run the béta, pair your watch, click watchface, disable the privacy, and u can upload 1 custom watchface every time
