Being from Baton Rouge Louisiana having that helmet would be great because I am a big LSU fan.
As an LSU fan purple will always be better to me, however the way that they did it makes yellow seem just as good

Put the purple cage back on. LSU uses the leftover center stripe as a spacer to align the *S* with the purple stripe, so the top of the *S* is exactly 1” from the purple stripe.
Now this, this is what I’ve been waiting for! Looks great!! I really think the yellow of yellow gives it a really nice unique look and I’m down for it!

My girlfriend and I just moved to Baton Rouge last month for her to continue medical school! All of the new students are moving back in since COVID started, she’s a big fan of college football and I’ve never been to a college game, so hopefully there is a season this year and hopefully they allow some fans to join in the stadium! And I know this helmet would be a pretty good addition to rock on the first game of the season! 😁

As an LSU fan I’m neutral on this one. We tend to stick with the same color scheme 99% the time. We tend to me superstitious and tend to think we don’t play as well without our preferred colors scheme.
