owning a condo for me is not an investment. if you read the contract and terms of purchase for condo, it implicitly implies that you are just mere renting the unit for a defined period of time. a building cant last for a lifetime due to structural intergity etc. plus, you still have to pay the dues associated to the condo. it is always wise to invest on assets that do appreciate its value. #justsaying

being born at 1999 and 2000 is really hard when it comes to dating and well ofc sa working status. 1 year ahead of you have family and good investments already. while you, stuck at home. no income since you're still in college. studying and... that's all.
