After losing whom I thought to be the love of my life, and struggling for years to figure myself out, the line at the end "I want you to notice when I let go" resonated to my very soul for so long. I knew She'd never notice, She's forgotten about me, but I for one have noticed myself letting go, and now I understand that's all I ever needed.

Just listened to Losing my Mind and then decided to take a trip down the rabbit hole. All of their songs are so bittersweet to listen to, and I love the feeling they give me, even if it hurts sometimes with the memories I have attached to them.
I've been a fan of Mayday Parade from 2009. I'm from the Caribbean so I've never been to a concert but its on my bucket list. One of the most comforting things in my life.
This may be bold BUT if Mayday Parade would have come on the scene 5 years earlier (like 2002 instead of 2007), I'm confident they would have been regarded as one of the best pop-punk bands ever. The musical skill, the melodies, everyone sings well, they just a touch late!
They're so underrated. Wish they'd be as famous as the crappy singers nowadays. Oh well, oh well only a few number of people has awesome taste in music.

With Monsters in the Closet being the most current. Mayday Parade is pretty incredibly awesome on stage they have a great energy and excitement about them. My personal favorite songs are Ghosts, Black Cat, Jamie all over, oh well, and stay. I recommend listening to these. Our fans are pretty incredible and supportive. AND THE VERY MOST IMPORTANT THING THAT YOU NEED TO KNOW IS...... DEREKS HAIR IS INCREDIBLY LUXURIOUS and that's y all you need to know :)

+Briana Actually its not easy in this genre this is considered fairly hard (i can play this) other people have different definitions of hard guitar solos because of genres and shit like listen to goodbye graceful falling in reverse and skip to 220 that's what my other guitarist in my band considers an easy solo yet I consider it right in the middle of easy and hard XD

Just let people listen to what pleases them. It's their life, not your's, and you have no right to hate on them because of it. Most likely the haters will never go anywhere in life with the attitudes they retain, and just get angry because of it, so they take their feelings out on others do that those innocent victims of cyber bullying can feel worse about themselves than they already do. I just started listening 2 Mayday Parade, I have 2 say they r really good. I had never thought dat I would listen 2 thing kind of music, but they rock in many ways in music.
This was the first song I heard by mayday parade and I actually saw them in January. They're always going to be one of my favourite bands.
