As much as people want to joke around with the "You don't look like jesus to me" joke, I respect Omega as a villain and I would never joke around about him.
I just saw that someone noted Omega's saber looking like the Nobody symbol from Kingdom Hearts. It really does resemble it, and his appearance also is reminiscent of the Nobodies.
Plot twist: Omega is actually Xemnas' mechdragon from kingdom hearts 2, that was created from the remnants of kingdom hearts. so, technically, Omega is kingdom hearts. (insert dramatic music here)
Fitting giving that Omega is the empty shell of Zero's original body, while Zero's actual "soul" (what robots could be said to have as a soul, their true personality, memory, and intellect programming) is in the copied/reproduced body that he has fought through the Zero-era games with.

It's incredible that Omega is using Zero's overpowered original body and all the scientists gave Zero a new improved copy body with a sleek design but not as powerful as his original and still beats everything that stands in his way. Dr.Weil actually thought he can psych Zero out by telling him he's a fake but in reality Omega was the real fake, Zero's Cyberbrain was just transferred into a newer body so he's Zero no matter what, I got to get this for PlayStation.

Oh Neo Arcadian scientists & researchers if ya hadn't tweaked too much DNA... and go old fashion science. Oh wait she loved Zero so never mind! Ya asses are in her list.
Okay so real question, I know that the Zero original body is omegas final form and all that, but is it like literally inside this giant reploid form? It was never really explained that well
There isnt an official explanation about this. I assume, in a World with Cyber elfes, it is possible for reploids to switch bodys. So after Zero defeated Omega (twice) in his normal forms, Omegas "Cyber soul" or whatsoever was given to the original Zero Body. Also you can see some hidden foreshadowings of Omega having the original Zero body in his final form in the backround of the neo arcadia stages, before you fight copy X again. My Theory is: Weil didnt want to use the original Zero, if it was for his actuall plan. He used him, because he somehow had to defeat Zero (which didnt work out so well).
