My 2nd question please is that If a small portion of the vgg could not be covered by the buccal flap, can it survive? Is it allowed to apply perio-pack paste to minimize the infection over it? Fantastic work sir but don't depend completely on plastic piece (one guide).. You would achieve good angulation and position of implant and primary stability with manual drilling sequences... Also patient has much bone height and wide.. You can place an implant with length 12mm
