When he got springlocked his eyes popped out of his head, the "eyes" that he has now are animatronic eyes. He couldn't see while he was Springtrap or Scraptrap, he probably just used echo location or something like that. In ucn Cassidy gave him eyes tho

Pretty sure it’s his mutilated face when the spring locks when off, so he probably has a lot of punctures and ripped off skin when the metal snagged into his skin… In theory he has torn away skin, punctures or holes in his head and is a burnt bloody mess. Just what I think-
