Char and Amuro's final verbal exchange was so descriptive of why things ended the way they did - Amuro couldn't begin to understand Char while Char refused to consider or understand Amuro's point of view. Forever at odds until the bitter end.

Actually, Amuro did understand Char, he just understood that it was wrong to kill so many people in the pursuit of evolution. Char was pushed to the extreme due to losing so many people. Amuro, meanwhile, maintained his humanity and his faith in Mankind. Where as Char disregarded it and believed the only way that humanity could achieve redemption was their suffering.
@@GundamKType I blame the fact he had to reassume the mantle of Char Aznable and Casval Zeon Deikun during the events of Zeta/ZZ, essentially forcing him to give up being a person, forever having to bare the mantle of being the leader of Zeon. A man eternally hunted by loss and having to hold up his father's ideals and avenge them against a world that betrayed him.
逆襲のシャアはガンダムを好きになったきっかけ。
これを見て、アムロやシャア達の過去のことや今後のストーリー、宇宙世紀で、ほかに何が起こっていたのか、が見たくなった。
モビルスーツより、パイロット達のストーリーに惹かれました。

Ok ngl the dub for CCA is really good,and I consider it one of the best dubbed anime,and it really fits for all of the voice
Mecha Design is fucking top tier,with the Nu Gundam,Sazabi,Jegan,Geara Doga,and Jagd Doga are some of,if not my favorite mechanical designs in the series
So,overall,best scene,score,and Mecha in my opinion in the series

で、結局ニュータイプは相互理解なのにアムロとシャアの最期は言い争いでお互いを認めないまま光に包まれて終わってしまうという皮肉。
実際は誰よりも互いの事が理解できちゃうから逆に認められないという同族嫌悪なんだけどね。
歌の歌詞も冨野いわく「二人はひょっとしたらゲイなのかな」って言うニュアンスを含むようにというオーダーだったというし。
お互いのことを知り尽くしても相容れないこともあるっていうことの表現なのかも
アムロほどシャアを過大評価した人間がいなければ、シャアほどアムロを過大評価した人間もいない。
この動画カットされてるんだが……………νガンダムライフル破壊された後…ギラドーガはライフルパクる(同じアナハイム製だから使えるのね〜)場面がちょい気に入ってたり😅
ナナイとイチャついた時は失望したけど、やはり大佐はロリコンだったので安心しましたよ。

田辺重 大佐はララァ一筋だからね。クェスはお気に召さなかったらしい。

その頃アニメは安く早くで手抜きみたいな作品が氾濫し始め、業界全体が人気も質も
低迷しだしていて、それをトミノ御大が憂いて「アニメとはこうだ」って見せるために
逆シャアをつくってみせたってね

Quest deserved it. Not for her actions or betrayal but for even talking in this movie.

宇宙から俯瞰すると、石を落としたくなる気持ちはわかるな。
ロダンとカミーユクローデルの関係を考えるとああなったのもうなずけるけど冨野監督はうまく史実とガンダムの世界をつなげたもんだなと。

これを誕生させた原作者であり監督の富野由悠季は天才と言わざるお得ない
ガンダムはヤマトと同じくらい衝撃的だったなあ。今作品はtmが歌うから見に行ったけどおもろかったなあ

なんというか小室哲哉とシャアアズナブルってすこし似てると思う
不出世の才能に恵まれたところも，冷酷な一面があるところも，女性関係で悲劇しか起こらないのも，妙に情けないところも全て
そうやって考えると，小室哲哉がこの歌を作ったのは何かの巡り合わせかもしれない
シャアと小室哲哉さん似てると私も思います。容姿も金髪ですし、マントも似合いますしね。

そう言えば、赤のフェラーリに小室さん乗ってましたね。MSを次々と換えるといった飽きぽさも、合理主義で非情で負けず嫌いな所、共通点多いと思います。

So happy I got to see this film in theaters for the anniversary, It was so fun to watch with all the other Gundam fans in my area. Plus the message from Tomino at the end talking about the fanbase here in the west and that he's thankful we love his work a lot was such a touching thing to view.

Me too seeing char's counterattack in theaters was a great experience for me.
I really missed out on it. Intended to watch it, but I didn't really know too much about the UC era at the time and thought I might miss a lot of key details from MSG, ZG, and ZZG (Which I was right). Maybe one day they'll do another release again.

他のガンダムでもあったけど、逆襲のシャアは特に量産型MSが量産型には見えなかった。全部のMS、パイロットが輝いているように見えたな〜 ラストのシーンは特に。

今だに色褪せない名作ですね
ジェガンもギラドーガもお互いの陣営の量産機の総決算なとこ有りますしね。ジェガンなんか何十年も現役ですし笑
猫子 どのガンダム作品も基本的に物語を終わらせるのはガンダムですがそれをずっと繋ぎ続けて来たのは量産機ですもんね〜笑
もう３０年以上前の作品やのにリメイクして欲しいとかベルトーチカチルドレンを映像化して欲しいとか一切思わんレベルの完成度やからなぁ。
誰もがアムロの強さに憧れ、そして誰もがシャアの弱さに共感を抱いた。
その弱さも魅力の一つであると思う。マザコンが悪いわけではない(^^)

音の使い方と曲だけでストーリーと空間を想像させるなんてこの頃の小室哲哉さんは凄かったよなぁ
この作品が、如何に世界でも愛されてるか、これを見て改めて感慨深くなる。

I guess it doesn't make sense for the people carrying out the axis drop to change sides at the last minute but I think it's clear why it happened. They proved Amuro right, that it was his responsibility to show everyone the light of the human heart. It'd be pretty moving seeing a lone federation pilot trying to push back an entire asteroid on his own. Might give some perspective that earth noids aren't the federation government, they're just people trying to live. Maybe it was the psychoframe that was able to broadcast Amuro's feelings across the battlefield as it began to go haywire.
Idk for all of CCA's dumbass writing I think it's justified to have what like half a dozen zeon pilots get caught up in the moment or see it as a chance at redemption
Hence, we will discipline the people who continue to live on Earth, and eliminate the source of any wars in the Earth Sphere!

この作品に登場する人々の痛みは、ある程度歳を取らないと分からないかもしれない。
若いうちはロボとか外見上のモノしか見れないから。
人の痛みが分からないから人類は殺し合う、それは本当に悲しい歴史です・・・本当に悲しい。
アクシズから吹き飛ばされそうになったギラドーガの手をジェガンが掴むシーンでグッとくる。
シャアの純粋さを笑いたくない。一生懸命な人を冷笑して、冷めたものの見方をして大人になった気になりたくない。仕方ない、と言いたくない。
シャアは多分「仕方ない」で割り切れなかったんだと思う。
ララァのことばかり取り上げられるけど、そんなことでシャアの来歴を軽視してほしくない。シャアが二度にわたって母を失ったことは心の深い部分にダメージを与えたと思う。でもアクシズを落としたのは狂気でもなんでもないと思う。
オリジン見るとなおさら伝わってくるね…

I kinda prefer Hi Nu but Nu is also beautiful, simple and unique.
Sazabi, sinanju, kshatriya, g-lucifer are all beautiful in my eyes.

You can get it in SRW games. Don't need to wait for someone to make an alternate universe storyline anime.
The nightingale seemed to do much better against the hi nu compared to sazabi vs nu
@@blacksunrx18 but the funny thing is that the sazabi is technically a superior performance suit compared to Nu gundam
@@patrickkaranjeet5063 from what i understand it has more firepower but less maneuverability than the Nu. The nightingale however seems to excel on both fronts, thanks to all those thrusters. In the manga it really looks impressive

Only 2 Getter Universes that are slightly sane and safe are the the 70s Anime and GO (the anime not the manga the manga is part of the og saga).

Oh yeah fuck being a MS pilot that would be hell. You're stuck in a metal coffin, under constant threat from an invisible enemy who can fire a near light speed one shot beam from anywhere. 360 degrees and every single angle could be where an enemy attacks from. Plus, if you're a grunt you're as good as dead once a main character shows up

but one thing that bugs me about the dub is that when nanai calls out to char, she refer to him as captain...that will translate into 大尉
but actually she calls him 大佐
which will translate into colonel.
but maybe its a navy term instead...dunno...but colonel sounds more appropriate.

..like Amuro having a fistfight with people? How would Gundam work in smash.. The whole point is they're 50 foot tall

@@alexanderavila2514 Amuro kicks the shit out people, grabs them by the neckline like he does to Char in the horse scene, etc, and then for Final Smash, he gets the Gundam and you just see a foot walk aross the screen stomping shit
@@clostridiumtetani9947 I'd try to make his move set a bit more true the character and the final smash too. I'd probably have smash attack involve the Gundam in some way and I think Amuro's foward throw would be a slam on the floor followed by an elbow hit, and a quick fist jab.
If gundam ever gets added in smash, i would like it to be domon kasshu or master asia, they're the only gundam pilots i know that can kick ass without their mobile suits
最後の敵味方関係なくアクシズを協力して押し返すシーンに感動しました．．．
