Simon would be a great YT manager in terms of creating ideas and concepts that can constantly be added onto as well as being very straightforward and not letting them get all sucked in to the hype and false narrative that TH-cam can give you with newfound popularity.

I think a way of improving the last Sideman video would be to keep everything how it was, but start them all in different countries, and whoever gets the furthurest from their starting point in that country wins - it stops half the video being in London again, and it shows the viewers different things and the experiences and days between the teams is different.
I think you should put like number of Vlogs on the titles, or something on the thumbnail so that people identify it as vlogs when they are! I think even more people will click on them bc many might not know you are doing them or might not be active followers on this channel, but would still love to start watching the vlogs
in my opinion, these videos are some of the best as we get to see Lilo and Mushu whilst watching you answer the questions its a bit like a behind the scenes
Simon, you know you can get a thing that plugs in the wall to help lilo at night and when nobody is there. They're pretty amazing, not sure how they work but you should look into getting one. I used it for most of my pups and works a treat. Takes 1-2 nights for them get used to it but then you see the difference. Guys please like this so it's gets somewhere that he can see it. I think it will help them both and lilo alot

For an indoor Charity event speak to London Movements and have a fun futsal tournament with maybe some local primary schools having some fun and have a good collab to reach a wider audience on a live stream for more donations to help. Maybe do it for a couple charities and split it all!
I loved this video. I personally like vlogs more than others. Not that I don’t love the “high dollar” videos but the vlogs are more personal and I like seeing what “celebrities” get up to in their daily life. You’re doing great, Simon 👍🏻🫶🏻

The thing about the last Sidemen Sunday is that it was a big travel one, which are already difficult to plan I'd imagine. But the twist was that instead of everything being at least loosely structured, where there's a common goal or a set plan, this was completely unstructured once the teams left the starting place. That had to have been extremely difficult to manage and I honestly don't think it could have gone much better in terms of what you could control.

For the M7E charity thing, maybe you could give the schools you help this year the chance to enter a raffle and say 6 schools get randomly selected to play in a football tournament for the M7E Cup. Could run it every year with different schools to give everyone a chance

For the charity thing, something like a mix of gaming as well as football related, cause sidemen, will attract fans from both genres. A sort of esports competition for the charity with big names or just inviting skillful people for the event, on the football side maybe the same day, maybe a different day, football related challenges that all can participate, meaning people invited yk, that would be fun. Something completely unhinged, a pet contest but make it sidemen.
I'd love to see (if possible and everyone is down) y'all do the same kind of video as the recent Sidemen Sunday but make it a like "How Many Countries Can You Visit in 48 Hours" or something like that (then that map room could get more content too) with a whack of challenges for the guys to do and possible side quests the teams can set for each other if a certain challenge is completed. Or is that too much?! LOL

My suggestion for charity is related to sick children, but not cancer this time, because you did that with the charity match. But maybe MS or children in wheelchairs where you can do an event for them. Specific meetups, like the one that Tobi did in Australia would also be good.
