Hey bro, very insightful video, if you had access to a low interest financing, what would you invest that money into? a safe investment with guaranteed returns that just nets you about 1-2% of profit or would you risk and go for something with a higher possible return?
If I took financing I’d go for something low risk for sure. At this point ASB (if you’re bumi) or money market funds are great options. I’m doing it myself :) have a video on it
