En esos años yo dejaba la adolescencia y empezaba mis veinte años. Habían sueños, contradicciones, esperanzas, deseos de libertad y de búsqueda de emociones placenteras como el besar a una bella joven como la del vídeo. Nada se eso lo he podido cumplir todavía. No obstante nada supera en estos días la belleza de esas damas y las emociones que esa bella música despiertan todavía en mi memoria.
La chica de la falda que acompaña al jefe es Naimy Hackett, fue la letrista de Baltimora. A mi también se me hizo muy bonita pero lastimosamente no hay imágenes de ella.

Because Baltimora’s American distribution record label had refused to release it as a single there. They probably were most likely concerned about the song being titled “Woody Boogie” and that getting likely resistance and controversy on American radio stations.
Or it could be trademark/copyright reasons because of the use of Woody Woodpeckers laugh and Walter Lantz was still alive back then when this song was released.

The distributor probably just used the music video in America, since that already had been made by the producer record label in Italy.
