I like so many things about this:
    - Larry wanting to get the job finished so that he could ask Sharon out on a date ethically
    - the description of those trees - we have an arch like that near where I live and it always feels so cozy to drive under.
    - and of course, the lovely way Larry and Sharon speak to each other.

“Your eyes always say please” that is a great love quote.

Love can make you unstoppable, and if that means bringing back a street to its former glory, then thats wonderful

HA! We need to pour a whole bunch of this on to every community all around America! Increasingly too too many are ignoring the needs of their neighbors and even their family & "friends!"
TOO MANY TODAY ARE shallow, and truly uncaring in the workplace and seen on every corner.
SO CONTRARY to when I was growing up in the 1970's to 1990's. Commerce, GOVT! medical, professionals think more and more ONLY of profit and THEIR GAIN. A TRUE SICKNESS!
