I think it is nice, one could have turned the bathroom into a wet room just to give a better feel around the shower, but one of the best single 40ft container designers I have seen. It actually looks like a home more than just a hallway.
This would have to be one of the BEST genuine tiny home’s I have EVER seen ! The design utilises every single inch , a family of four could comfortably live in this tiny home & sleep a guest or two ! 💕👍🏻💕
That's a big no to that bathroom. There's nothing spacious about it. If I'm living tiny, chances are I am living by myself or with a SO so I don't need a second bedroom. I'd take the bed out of that other room, re-do the layout of the bathroom for a proper shower stall, and turn the remaining room next door into an office and closet for hanging space.
Beautiful home. One of my favourite layouts Ive seen in awhile. One thing I'd change is make the secondary bedroom smaller to give the bathroom more space. Shower seemed a little to small for my liking. I"d turn the other bedroom into a office if the bathroom was able to be expanded but over all I loved the rest. The kitchen was beautiful, the first bedroom looking super roomy and the living area was super cozy looking!
Now this is my favourite. I am semi disabled. It’s on one floor. So simplistic. I wld buy this tomorrow if it was in the UK I don’t even need the second bedroom. If it ever takes off here in uk I would copy this format. I absolutely love the tiny kitchen as I don’t cook and just microwave (I know it’s not healthy sorry guys).
I thought this too. I'm a thin person and that's too small for me. Maybe it's the depth perception of the camera. I'd have to see this in person. And I suppose you could choose a different option.
95k for a Ring doorbell, tablet control, ikea cabinets, and a tiny shower is all I took from this... Come on I've seen teenagers build tiny homes more impressive than this for less half of that
Its a little to grey, but I like it. A sink /toilet combo like the ones in jail, (yes) would look great with that shower! Great lay out. Nice pocket doors.
It is a very small but very good space to live. . My only comments to the shower put a glass wall between shower and toilet, with a rolling door that touch the cabinets and then a folding door in the shower wall. Folding door will open In front or cabinets and sliding door will get to the cabinets and that will increase the shower space
I love this so much and there would be enough room for me and my kids to sleep they would get the bedrooms and I would sleep out in the living room .... It is perfect and it looks pretty comfy to ..... Awesome job 💜💚💟💛💙
Actually, there's just more than just rich and poor people in the world. Lets be clear, actual rich people spend millions on even things like an RV, which is why RV's can go up to over $3 million on the high end. So you're actually talking about the hard working middle class that just because they can afford than you doesn't make them rich... While what people get out of them is one of the key reasons for price differences... You're typically not going to get a custom tiny home that is optimized for a family of 4, can function completely off-grid, has smart home features, can still be locked up like a container for security and durability, etc for a much lower price than this... Something like a brand new Airstream, near this size, could actually cost you more but offer you a lot less... Key thing to understand is homes are not all equal or equivalent. So you really have to look at the details of what you're actually getting for the price to judge and understand how people may prioritize things differently and may care more about things like long term benefits... Like a home that can function completely off-grid can mean you can save on land, infrastructure, impact fees, not having to pay a utility bill, etc. or simply allow a lifestyle you may not otherwise be able to have... Among other considerations.
This is a beautiful concept but the price tag is a stretch! This would be perfect for someone needing a small “inexpensive” living space but this home is not inexpensive. For me, the only reason to downsize would be for consideration of retirement and lower cost living and here in my area the asking price for this tiny would buy you a large 3/2 home with acreage. I guess maybe the asking price is relevant further north where housing is more expensive. Lovely home though.
pretty sweet, though a bit antiseptic-looking interior. how much fresh/grey water storage? how many watt-hours battery storage? what is the air circulation system like? lots of important details missing.
This is beautiful, but too expensive. Would it be possible to downgrade everything and eliminate the second bedroom making more room for a normal shower and regular toilet?
I love the concept of tiny homes, but most seems to be made without room for hobbies. Do the majority of people just come home from work & only watch TV?!
looking at these container & popup, foldup homes continues to strike me...if you have a good amount of stuff then you will need multi containers ...the cost then? I mean if you have any possessions how's it gonna work? Then the price soars??
Nice and neat, sort of sterile looking. Very small kitchen sink, shower stall way too small and dangerous looking. Not a lot of storage especially in the kitchen. Surprised than the bedrooms are on the same level. No ladders is a welcoming sight.
I thought the kitchen was a good size, lots of tiny houses have massive badly designed kitchens that take up too much room, this one is pretty good. I'd get rid of the dishwasher and there would be extra storage, what a waste of space. Maybe an undercounter fridge freezer instead of a full size, would increase counter and cupboard space. I'd want to centre that sink trying to wash up next to a wall in a small sink is NOT fun; small drainer or drying mat would do the job. At least the cooker and oven are in sensible spots.
I'd kill myself in that shower! Try to turn around in that thing, trip, and bust my head on the sink. As my spirit floated away, I'd be thinking: I coulda put the laundry machine on a pedestal and take the stall all the way to the can. Hmmm... seems I'm at least drifting 'up'.' That's gotta be good news...

It's up there but there are always trade offs... Features like smart home and off-grid functionality don't come free and the builder caters to people who want something that provides a higher level of security and preparedness than a regular home would be built for but without sacrificing appeal and comfort... Definite overkill if you're just looking for a basic home but that's what some people are looking for...
@@ZeoCyberG 100k is still way to high the container is about 2200. I didnt see anything extravagant in the container, in fact it looked sterile . @Highforcex41 - Uh, no, need a bit of a reality check there... This is far from being a basic home. Seriously, you're not going to have a 4000 watt solar system that can power everything for $5,500. So don't confuse some cheap option that would power little more than a fridge and lights with what they're offering... Appearance is also not the same as functionality. Something as simple as a window can range from a few hundred for a basic low-E single pane to thousands each for high end custom triple pane. But effects how the home performs, how durable, etc. Allowing the home to be used in more extreme environments, require less maintenance, etc. While defeating the purpose depends what you expect to get out of it... If it doesn't meet the needs of the user then it is a waste of money no matter the costs... So the point always has to consider whether or not it even works for the owner but also context... If the owner needs this type of home then it compares to larger homes that would cost up to millions... Not spending millions could very well be the point for those seeking this type of home and is fully in line with going tiny... It's just not a race to the bottom! Understand, everything has trade offs and that includes costs for what you actually get out of it because homes are not gong to be all equal or equivalent and not everyone will have the same needs or preferences or be in the same situation that will warrant the same choices or even deal with all the same costs...
I would turn the 2nd bedroom into a walk-in closet. I'm over these tiny houses with zero closets or one that's 12" wide. People have clothes. There's nowhere to even hide a suitcase in this one. Hard pass.
The drawers under the bed don't look full depth, wondering if there is extra storage space in there for seasonal/sports stuff with hatches under the mattress? would be an utter waste of space if not.
Was that a cat’s litter box, in that bathroom or a place to soak your feet? Man I’m 6’5”,and I would kill myself trying too get in that damn thing? I see what my fellow you bees are talking about?
Fenn Shui is awful! High items should be on the right when you walk in. Everything is on the left! Horrible energy....just feels godawful looking at it on video let alone being there! Exit door right next to fridge door. WTF!
Not functional, at all. Not a single closet. Where do you put your clothes? Under the bed? The shower is smaller than some showers that are in travel trailers. Just not a functional home. There are so many more tiny homes out there with so much more storage, amenities, and functional space.

Exactly the pull out couch is enough for any guests that'll stay the night in a tiny living situation
Yes, that would make much more of a practical and usable layout . Would be a very nice home with those changes
100% agree very nice place but no on the bathroom for sure

Love the layout. Haven’t seen one like that, it’s not a giant hallway. Got 2 bedrooms in, very cool.
The best container house I have seen..🤗

it looks like a pod sleeping room at an airport. only the bare necessities. really dismal for a home design.
The sink is bigger than the dang shower.
This tiny house is really nice
I need this. My village is often flooded. So it'll be helpful to carry this anywhere I want
Very nice interior and layout
The shower is unreasonably small, imo.
I can get use to living in this amazing tiny house! Beautiful!!!
Huge bathroom 😊

EXACTLY!!!
It seems like every time I look at something along these lines of living it cost a lot
If you don't build it yourself then it'll be expensive
Beautiful 🤩
The layout of that bathroom killed it for me the shower what where they thinking
Bedrooms can be organized better with better functionality and bathroom as well. Kitchen and living room are good but still can be improved.

Spectacular tiny house!
So clean.....cut! I just dont like the bed against the window.....but very nice.
Turn those beds round and have a wardrobe in each bedroom too
Nicely done
This is beautiful, but too expensive. Would it be possible to downgrade everything and eliminate the second bedroom making more room for a normal shower and regular toilet?
Well done. Bravo. And the home is nice too. ~Smile!
Yes nice concept well done
I would take a foot off the kitchen and add it to the bathroom but overall nice 👍🏾
Turn those beds round and out in a decent wardrobe
Superba casa....minunata.....

Want this sooo bad!
I like the concept except I would have two containers. Have the beds go sideways instead and enlarge the tub.
Now all you need is trust.
Does the little step thing on the wall beside the bed get in the way of opening the drawer? Just being curious
Is that a toilet paper rack next to the bed? 🤣
Qué belleza es genial
Whoa!! Better than a tiny home!!! (Love)$95K Beautiful
That shower is ridicules- come on!?!?!
2x2 really?
Wow! That is amazing 😉
Beautiful but avery important detail is missing it has no closet and the closet is extremely necessary.
beautiful home. what is the wall material
That bathroom is tiny AF.
That shower looks like a sink is on the floor.
wait...95k? What??? Screw it, I'm building my own. Anyone know where to buy a semi-truck trailer?
Craigslist or Ebay id assume
Yup, also Facebook Market, and there's auction sites that cater to resale of decommissioned commercial vehicles...

I love the concept of tiny homes, but most seems to be made without room for hobbies. Do the majority of people just come home from work & only watch TV?!
Exactly! I need a space within my home to be creative!
Best layout I’ve seen yet
HOW DO YOU USE THE SHOWER? NICE HOME THOUGH BUT I WOULD NEED ADJUST A LITTLE BIGGER SHOWER!
Yep, should have used a washer with the sink above it, put it next to the bog and made the shower long and thin on the wall the sink is currently on.

Many windows reduce containers security... put out kitchen door and more space... Where is the air..?
When the refrigerator door is opened, does it hit the door handle on the adjacent door ?
Looks like a hospital room😝
great design. I thought a way of design that looks good but that design what I'm thinking of.
I really like the layout, but aesthetically cold
Joyce Everson it’s minimalist in style.

Espectacular compact diseño
Nice but very small shower
And I would rather remove the tv from the bedroom and use all the wall for storage
What are the dimensions of this home?
Is this a 40ft container home?
It's nice but that shower is barely big enough for 1 person...
This design made no sense..ive seen tiny houses that makes much more sense and storage space
Where do u get ur water supply

What is the wall paneling?

I want this! I like it's one level with 2 bedrooms! 😍👍✌️
Why is the the toilet paper holder next to the bed?
It's a step
Could make it a one bedroom so one bedroom would atleast have cupboards for clothes and shoes.
very pretty but lacks closet
How much?
👍👍👍
I would be more comfortable showering in the kitchen sink
