In my view there is unnecessary use(nt all the time but mostly) of different colour markers which is little bit confusing because already the space of the board is limited..i suggest to use diff colour marker only when reqd and if possible a white board of better dimension....several people will suggest u different thing but its nt possible to follow every suggestion...that was the prblm in my opinion if u all feel it valuable then pls look over it.thank you

To yha par sar heparin ki bajah se aldosterone ki synthesis decrease hogi to ye Blood pressure ko decrease karega to ye sever hypertension me use kyu nhi kra jata contraindications kyu hai ?

Anticoagulants mainly affect the process of clot formation. It inhibits formation of clots..so mainly given prophylactically.
Whereas thrombolytics are used to Lyse formed clots.
