hi I was wondering which heating element to use when making pie crust. I made buko tart kasi and the crust was soft and moist like an undercooked puto. it should be hard diba just like egg pie's crust. aling heating selector po ba dapat gamitin sa paggawa ng pie crust? lower heating element only o upper&lower with fan?

look for the heat setting that has a white line on top and bottom to turn on the heat for both. also, i recommend using an oven thermometer insde as well, just to make sure your oven is on the right temp before baking :D

What temp are you using for your recipe? For this type of oven you need to decrease the baking temp. 😊
