Finding the right sensitivity can be a real struggle as you have to find a good balance between being able to track targets accurately and not having your movement restricted, and this depends a lot on the type of game like you said.
The thing about only having a 180 degree range of motion across your entire mouse pad is that you will have to lift the mouse more to turn around. If there's an enemy directly behind you, you first have to lift the mouse towards the edge of the pad and do a full swipe to do a 180, then lift the mouse again towards the middle of the pad so you have room to actually aim at the guy. This way you waste a lot of time and you're probably dead already by the time you've started shooting. Whereas if you have a much higher sensitivity you potentially don't have to lift the mouse at all to kill the guy, but then again you might not be very accurate with a high sensitivity.
This is why you need a huge mouse pad so you can have the sensitivity you want while not being restricted in your movement. I see you already have a huge mouse pad, but you're still kinda restricting yourself by having your keyboard so close to your mouse. If you can move your keyboard so you have more space for your mouse then maybe you can at least do a 180 without having to reposition the mouse first.

ha ha. I had 4 times the sensitivity you did. I'm going to try 5% with 800dpi on BF1 (feels pretty slow)
Thx for the tips! I'll try ur way about 800 and 180º turn for a while. I never quite liked lower sensitivity but it's definitely better for snipping and precision overall. I usually play with 2400 DPI it's the triple but it feels balanced, just harder to aim far and small targets sometimes.

MugsTV maybe you should mention your windows mouse configuration ( acceleration on/off and that stuff)
Acceleration ALWAYS SHOULD BE OFF! haha everything else is default

New to pc and have been playing at 800 dpi 20 in game never realized i was playing on a higher sensitivity.
I use from 900(sniper) to 1000(assault) dpi, acceleration off, 1000 poling rate
I use 7800 lol I cant believe people use such low DPI

I know the video is pretty old but is there any way to make the sensitivity in hipfire mode the same with scopes like a x4? So when i turn a 180° degree in hipfire i want to also turn 180° while zoomed in with a scope. I just cant get is to work.
Any tips on player positioning as a sniper? My player positioning as Assault is great. When I switch to Scout, my positioning is garbage and I end up dying...a lot.

I worked my way down to 5% at 1200 dpi on battlefield. Basically looking to give myself the most precision. But I recently bumped it back up to 7%. I found that trying to manage recoil at 5% meant i had to jerk down on the mouse too much to remain accurate, especially when tracking. Can't really imagine doing 3% at 800dpi. I feel like Id probably have no ability to manage recoil at that point. Especially on weapons with more kick like the BAR telescopic.
Like I said its all in what feels good to you =D. If you have something that works really good, don't try to change it to much.

I'm at 1000DPI with 30% in the game. Totaly fine for me, I was searching for the best setting for me between speed and precision for me. But I have "raw mouse input" on, is this good or better be turned off?

Had Mugs try my high sens settings on stream once and he couldn't handle it and doesn't know how i play at settings that high lol. My BF1 setting is 10% in game with 5700 dpi no acceleration for a 3.5 cm 360. I recommend for anyone who has their sens locked in to measure the distance for a 180 or 360 so no matter what game or hardware you're on you can adjust to your normal sens.
gokuusf jesus, and I thought my sens was high. I play on 1600DPI 10% in game sens.
I have 4000 and 20. a full 360 is 5cm. But I only move the mouse with the wrist. Arm never moving. It's just a whole different way to aim overall

Left Alt, not 100% sure but has to be crouch hold option not crouch toggle

Anything lower than 600dpi i've found the cursor in game gets a bit twitchy, may be my mouse though.
I'd like to see you do a vid playing without Gsync on and at 60hz, not a help vid just fun haha. I've had to go back to playing without just recently due to my Swift taking a dump, using a BenQ IPS @60hz is just pure hell.
