I am looking into doing this to my Tx. What is the range after the mod? Do the antennas wear the batteries down faster? I plan on using this on a Rc car. Thanks.
nice video! i've a question regarding in flight trimming the ailerons. My last flight i tried to trim my plane mid flight.... It lost power when i used the trim buttons what resulted in a crash... Do you have any idea's?

Have you used this as a controller for a SIM? Does it work well? Will it get power for the unit across the USB connection?
It works well. No power over usb you need to put batteries in.
