Hello sir,very good informations,in our society the secretary is just doing his manmani & not giving co-operating to Members, mismanagement of funds,more over Dy.Reg.does not pay attention to members complaint, under this situation what member should do?let us know,thanks.
During 2016 Order was issued under section 77A but it has not been implemented even after lapse of 9;years. Can I seek sanction to prosecute concerned officer for dereliction of his duty, criminal conspiracy, criminal breach of trust under section 97 of criminal procedure code and under section 19 of prevention of corruption Act,1988
I purchased a resale flat in Kamothe 4 months ago. Society Management Committee is not transferring Society Share Certificate even required membership Transfer submitted 4 months ago
But what about Heavy Defaulter, Always misbehaving in society distracting the society members against Committee Members and always giving false complaint to Register against the society, Not paying maintenance and saying to deduct the amount from maintenance. Had made all Illegal structures in Society Stilt Parking example:- Godown, Staircase from society compound , Masjid & Madrasa in Stilt Parking place. Pls. Guide us what strict action should be taken from society.
