Getting closer to the end of my scrap pile September 26, 2024

The corner my scrap has been piled in is finally clearing out. Sadly his isn't pure profit but it is nice to get some of my money back out of bad purchases. Might have one more load late October if I play my cards right. Got a pallet of switches I need to scrap. Also some more computers to go through.

A tip I learned in studying best practices in business today: Levelling the playing field. It means considering each "player," suppliers, buyers, sellers, and customers, etc. and treating each with respect; valuing ideas. Not all ideas will be useful or on target but... an iron clad principle of business is: Everyone needs to weigh in before buying in! And word of mouth is the best advertising any business can do. The seller, the entrepreneur, literally serves their clients
I mention this bc I have watched how you show respect and patience with those who produce (your cables), those who buy your scrap, Ebay, and your customers; even the cranky ones (everyone needs to weigh in before buying in. And Sometimes all we can do is listen!!🤔). 👏 Mazel tov.

Sad to see the Parts like this, guess everything has to go at some point in time ...

@@jfkastner it's a tough balance of what to save and what to sell. The gigabit switches I'm scrapping are a bummer but they just aren't worth anything.
