First time I played the game I got pleasantly surprised to see that Rover actually speaks a lot. Not all the time, but compared to GI or HSR, they're almost chatterboxes.
Well, after this it will be VERY HARD to not ship Rover with Changli. The way Kuro did it it's kinda like with Hoyo and the Firefly+Trailblazer agenda.
