No it's ending corruption because i have seen alot of net and jrf holders not getting phd seat and job because of nepotism so it will be easy for them now because now nepotism can't work you have to qualify for net of jrf first

@@rashi437 Rashi ji, jaise marks aayenge ussi hisab se selection hoga..suppose kisi university ne 100 seats nikali..jo NTA UGC Net ke paper mein phd entrance ke liye qualify krega usme se jo log uss univ ke liye apply krenge unme se top 100 ko le lenge...simple hai....aise hi sabhi univ seats nikalegi...usme kon apply krega kon nahi iska sab log khud se decide krenge ki mujhe isme apply krna hai ya ni....NET wale paper mein jo marks aayenge usse merit bnn jayegi jo apply krenge unme se
