hello friend, I did the tests, paint the metal lures with a water based acrylic paint, and let it dry 1 day, and stamp with the foil hot stamping and the result was wonderful, works perfectly. so it can be recommended if urethane paint is not available. K Naga, are you using any sort of adhesive between the foil and urethane paint? I have a foil machine and have made many attempts with many different adhesives to get the foil to stick completely and haven't had great luck. I appreciate any help you are willing to give. Thank you.
Foil uses things for hot stamping. It is made of 3 layer structure. The first layer is a hot melt adhesive, the second layer is a hologram with an aluminum vapor deposited layer. The third layer is a sheet of PET resin. The adhesive I use is only the first layer hot melt adhesive.

コメント失礼します、私ホットスタンプ改造して熱転写しており、大体綺麗にできていますが、よく縦の細いヒビの用な事象が発生したりします、考えられる原因がご存知じであれば教えていただけますか？
はっきりした事はわかりませんが形状的にフィルムがなじみにくい(しわになる)形状の場合と熱のかけ過ぎ（時間と温度）かと考えています。

表面温度130℃から180℃、5秒～20秒 気温、湿度、下地の乾燥具合で違ってくるみたいです。

上手くいきません。温度を高くして押す時間を長くすると、下地が溶けたりするし、逆だと箔が乗らないし。
今度、水性ウレタンで試してみたいと思いました。
シリコンも私のは硬い感じなので柔らか目の物を使ってみます。
下地が割れたり溶けたりしますか？

この時使っていたものは日本ペイントの水溶性ウレタン塗料だったと思いす。
ホ－ムセンタ－等に売っている一般的なものです。
今はミッチャクロンの代わりにアサヒペンのメタルプライマ－スプレ－を使う事が多いです。
白の下地は何でしょうか？
ホ-ムセンタ-で売っている普通の水性ウレタン塗料を使っています。
メ－カ-は忘れてしまいました。（たぶん日本ペイント）

箔押し機も自作ですよね？
自分も同じこと考えてるんですが、箔押し機の構造など差し支えなければ教えていただけませんか？
自分は使わなくなった卓上ボール盤に熱板（アルミに穴をあけてカートリッジヒーターを入れたもの）を取り付け、その熱板に厚さ15ミリ位のシリコンゴムを取り付けています。
下のテーブル側は鉄板にスライドレールを取り付けその上にジグを置く台を付けてます。その両サイドには箔が弛まないようにゴムローラーで箔を挟み込んでいます。
まだ改良の余地が沢山あり試行錯誤中です。

15ｍｍのシリコンの板で箔押し可能な温度まで上がるのにどれくらい時間が必要ですか？
ヒータの周りを耐火マットの様なもので覆ってそうですが、熱を逃がさない工夫ですか？
環境によりますが30分～1時間位かかります。設定温度を上げれば時短できますがシリコン板を痛めてしまうので・・・
周りは断熱版で囲んでいます。これは付けたほうがいいと思います。
『断熱版』で検索するとミスミという工業品を扱う会社が見つかるとおもいます。
他にもアルミ材、ヒーター、コントローラー等私はここで購入しています。
