How To Revive Your Droopy Peace Lily Leaves In 20 Minutes

- Is your Peace Lily just as dramatic as mine?🙄😒
They can be so bratty but honestly it’s so fun to see such a drastic transformation in a matter of hours.😍 Don’t be afraid if your plants start getting droopy. THERE IS A FIX! Most of the time it’s just an inconsistency with watering.
✨Here are some key tips to help you avoid getting droopy leaves:
- Make sure you SOAK the soil not just water the top of the soil (that’s the point of drainage holes!)
- Do NOT water your plants everyday
- ONLY water them when the soil is dry to touch (typically every 5-7 days depending on how much light they get)
- Dust their leaves often! This is how they photosynthesize!
- Get a humidifier or mist their leaves daily

My peace Lily was giving me such a hard time. I gave her a shower for ten minutes and she perked back up. Some leaves so turned yellow but she looks happy and I have new growth. Thank you !
I also do mine on the floor I just put newspapers or plastic bag down to catch the mess 😊
Thank you dear. I'm dealing with the same thing. T___T i was devastated when i saw droopy leaves =(((( I live in Toronto, Canada and it's getting colder and dryer here...so i feel like my plant babies are requiring more water than usual. I'm a first time plant parent. LOL

Peace Lillie have tubal, which you can cut and separated with a knife and planted to get more plants.

It's beautiful. How old is your peace lily? Usually, how many spathes do you get per cycle? Currently, my one year old only has two spathes at a time, I'm hoping it eventually gives me more. 😊
Do you not put drainage (stones) in the bottom of your pot? I've always put drainage
How long you been growing that, lol, Mine looks like a twig compared, I only just bought it though, My excuse, lol, I got it as a present for my Mom, But I have ordered another one, I never knew they could grow like this, lol...

Ooh they luv de shower so yesterday I decided to replant mine cause she’s growing like crazy. She’s a variegated one she was in a big tc pot But not big enough and I put her in a bigger pot. I think I want to send you a picture can I do that? 💚

give it more light! lots of bright indirect light for several hours a day encourages blooms :)

@@9amMoonwalker randomly the buds inside the leaves are brownish and I plucked those leaves and rewatered when the soil felt dry so Ig we'll see how that goes before pulling out& inspecting roots maybe we wont need to... ☘️ 🪴

There is a clean way. Put down plastic. I use a large 55 gallon trash bag.
Or take it outside
@calebdelaney1993 then you get Mites bugs and other creepy crawlies. Then It's a bigger problem getting rid of those, if it's even possible.

Why do you need to repot it?
I think it would make it even harder for the plant to come back in certain situations. Some plants get sad even by just repotting it.

To retain moist longer .it was small for it
It didn’t need repotting. Roots had plenty of space to grow. A good watering and the leaves pop back up within an hr or so.

Let it sit in the sun for a couple of hours? Jeez.. I do that and burn all my leaves.. what’s your secret? You do this during the night and put it in the morning sun???
