How to glitch ur body in silly (read desc)

To do it you just have to ragdoll with Y or on pc its R and you have to time it right so right after you ragdoll like 0.1 seconds later you Press any dpad button or on pc its left ctrl and then if you dont go up then it means you are doing it correctly and if it doesnt work then you have to give it a few more tries
