Sounds pretty darn good for the price. Preamp is better than the typical Fishman variety. Looks great too.

A very nice sounding guitar especially for the price. I had a Takamine guitar that I sold because the guitar itself was very heavy and the case was way to heavy to carry comfortably. If I hadn't gotten a great deal on a used Alvarez DY52, I would have bought myself a Takamine DG93CE which is about $200 more then this guitar. Again, the guitar playing was great, and the sound from the guitar was well worth $600. Thanks for a great video.

Takamine are the Japanese Martin for me. Those g series guitars are incredible value.

I reckon laminate is fine for the ribs, especially when we expect holes (deliberate, for the preamp control fascia) or not (drunk at gig) 🤣.. I enjoyed the deadthumb blues bits! Nice one team. 🎶🌟👍

Is this model only currently available in Europe? I’m not seeing any of the big US retailers listing the GD34CE at the moment.

I have been trying to find an EF341SC in Europe - there are like 2 in stock across the entirety of the continent - one in France and the other in the UK.
