Try to check maybe the load is expired. If the lod expires, the sim deactivates too and you need to buy a new one

Try to check sir if sim is inserted properly. Also extend the antenna. It works much better on a bright and clear sky.

The satellite for Far East Asia got messed up earlier this year so they terminated those service areas. No more Japan, Philippines, Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong. The coverage is back to like it was in 2004 with only one satellite.
