i know im asking randomly but does someone know a method to log back into an instagram account..? I somehow lost the login password. I would appreciate any tricks you can give me
The Korean guy who lost against Barada in world championship final in Italy is Ri Chol Nam. He is currently the head instructor of Cambodian ITF. I met him when I was participating for the world champs in Pyong Yang. He is good guy, but rather shy.
I don't know about any official oz regulation for the gloves. For my experience, the gloves are similar to 8-10 oz boxing gloves. Quite often people use 12 oz boxing gloves in training sparring but in competition only the official gloves are allowed. Additionally, in the world champtionships competitor has to use brands: Top Ten, Top Pro, Grandmarc or Fuji-Mae
yeah, i'm certain i saw a copy that had no blurs and was clear all the way through. i saw it once and was never ever able to see it again. what happened to the korean dude barada was fighting? I've seen three videos with him, but it's hard to find additional footage.
hhhm good exercise then, teaches you to spot vulnerabilities quickly. ITF Tkd needs to develop 2 programs IMHO. A sport program similar to boxing (nutrition, running program, strength program, etc) and a self defence program ( discussions on the best approaches for self defence for taller, shorter, fatter, thinner opponents, etc. I think we need to commission studies of our sport by bio mechanists. We need to increase the raw knowledge of our sport.
I'm going to start ITF taekwondo soon after I heal from my back problems. I have doubt with the gloves. Are they in oz.? Is it a harder hit than a boxing 8oz. gloves? Any other inf. that I should know? Thanks. I got annoyed with my WTF Sabonim so I quit and started practicing at home. Recently found out about the ITF school nearby so yeah, wanna give it a try :)
Thanks for the tip, haven't seen Kenny's videos before. Basic boxing technique is certainly needed in Taekwon-Do. However, boxing in TKD is tactically little different from boxing because of the longer distance between the opponents. Also because of the shorter fight time (2 x 2 min), use of kicks, and light contact rules, leg work is often more active than in boxing.
Olli Leino Oh ok thanks very much for your quick reply. Kenny weldon is a professional boxing trainer. He;'s very famous in boxing circles and has two boxing video series. An older one called, 'You can learn to box', and a newer one called, "How to become a better boxer'. This youtube playlist has some clip excerpts from his videos. playlist?list=PL12AB09A491EA92D5

I've seen this particular video once or twice. Unfortunately, don't know about any other versions of this fight.
thanks! I appreciate the quick reply.

This guy is a legend.
U are lucky to have a seminar with him.
Taekwon!
Great to hear! I only got very limited time for shooting video cause I was training too. We did so much more there than what you find on this clip :)
@LucPFT No problem. Good to hear that people enjoy it.

I saw one once but I was never able to find it again
please explain the target practise exercise?
Tomaz Barada is the man :-)) Good video
好看的电影。谢谢!!
you wouldn't happen to have a clean version of barada's last fight in 2001 would you?

Once again, uploading a clip into TH-cam makes some audio either disappear or being dislocated. Weird and really annoying! :/

No problem. To me, this exercise was actually more difficult that it appears here. I felt soooo slow in hitting the targets:)
Both are kicking and punching but one of them gives you targets every once in a while that you have to hit.
Nice video!!
good stuff thanks a lot
For Barada only respect! (bow)
Good ideas, I would especially like to promote the idea of consulting biomechanists and investing on research.
Nice video! :)
Do you watch kenny weldon's boxing videos? Do you think boxing helps TaekwonDo?
