Manslaughter is the act of killing another human being without malice.
Drunk driving is very likely to cause peoples lives and most times the drunk drivers don’t intend on killing anyone.
Alcohol itself doesn’t cause manslaughter but the problem was likely that it was on a billboard and normally people see billboards when driving, so it’s probably best to not advertise drinking to people who are driving.
I don’t see alcohol advertisement billboards being funny but I can understand and accept that other people do think of them as funny, 12:08 However I would draw the line at targeting potentially vulnerable alcoholics looking for help and seemingly desperate enough to rely on a business card only to be advertised alcohol.
Could you tell me what you think of what I have said above?
I may not agree with all your opinions but I want to still hear what you have to say if you do have anything to say.

personally for me since I have seen this I never personally take it serious I take it more as a joke for some of these. I understand that there are people out there who cant handle or control there alcohol consumption. Since every adult is responsible for themselves on how much they should consume. These jokes were in a time where we think its funny is all. For a lot of the locals don't mind it at all. People who arent usually around the area usually are offended because they either experience or had someone experience and sounds insensitive. In our culture itself we take it more as a joke and dont take things serious. Its just the way how I view things is all and how I was raised and the environment I was in. The Card reading part is just a depending on you look at it is all. Like I said if the advertisement is ment to be funny like that then I assume that joke will transfer over to the business card as well. Like I said I just grew up in a different timezone and environment were we think this is fine to us. Everyone outside will see it differently and offensive and I understand that but for locals they dont actually. That is how I personally see it I understand if you dont like my opinion and its understandable. Agree to disagree is all.
PS I wanted to add this they usually give this to younger folks is all for advertisement since its open 24hrs unless it has changed but I remember that being a thing. AT the end of the DAY you are responsible on the amount of alcohol you consume. If you go overboard that is all you at the end of the day even knowing the risks it can happen consuming too much
