Adobe After Effects for the animation, Adobe Animate for the illustration. I was the animator+illustrator on this, it was a fun project with a great writing and management team, we made two of them, the other was Pharma 2030 :)

Yeah, this is what we imagined 2000 would be like in 1990.
Plus the technology might be nearly there, but society has to change too and money invested in related things. Imagine hovercraft, now imagine all that comes with it - the nightmare of creating new laws, 'roads' in the air, safety measures...
