From the discussion about Aiyuk being a centerpiece type of veteran for a team who makes them nervous. He's a luxury wr3/4 for me behind Lamb, Amon Ra and D.Smith, with J.Reed also waiting in the wings. Then the discussion about mediocre RB2 expectations and the talk about Monty. Etienne is my rb2 behind Bijan, with Monty, T.Benson, K.Miller, Mostert, J.Wright, Roschon etc. filling out depth. And about a month ago, I traded away Kirk Cousins and a pick to get Kyler. I know its all just paper and projecting until the season actually starts but I'm excited for this year
Like a month ago the normal show Andy said Nico was worth a 1st rounder right now. I believe Mike and Jason agreed. Now he's not a top 20 WR? I shot my shot and traded the 1:12 rookie pick for him. We'll see. Squeaky clean route runner with great hands IMO and a super stud at QB
Guessing that opinion was before Diggs walked through the door. Nico is still awesome, but obviously Diggs is going to eat into that projection (at least for this year...I doubt Houston will re-sign both). Nico could still come out of this year as the #1 if they re-sign him and let Diggs walk!
Commented this separately but I’m with you this is what my comment said: I don’t understand this discourse around Nico. He was always a raw developmental prospect that was going to take a couple years. But he had almost 500 yards in 9.5 games in 2022 with Davis Mills which is like 850 over 17 games. If he stayed on that trajectory + you insert CJ Stroud over Mills then last year makes complete sense for him. Think people are overlooking that he showed signs of this trajectory in 2022 and are overthinking him calling last year an outlier.

In the middle of a slow startup would had needed this show yesterday I stared down Javante and passed cuz I wasn't sure on him and had a ton of rbs on my list and had only 1 wr left so I picked the wr..unfortunately Javante didn't make it back but still got an rb i wanted but this is good to know for the future
@34:15 with the excellent Liar Liar quote lmao. Goff is such a great buy in dynasty, especially in 6pt passing TD leagues which helps him keep up a bit with the rushing QBs. Think of how much you'd pay for Trevor Lawrence, and then how much you'd pay for Goff. Now appreciate that Goff has always been better or as good as Lawrence in FPPG. If you're thinking about buying Lawrence you can probably buy Goff cheaper and get the same experience in a better and more aggressive offense. I will say that a potential reason to be bearish on Goff is that part of what commanded his volume the last few years is the atrocious Lions defense forcing a lot of games where Detroit is at parity or behind. Lions beefed up defense with 3 new CBs and DJ Reader.
Man, as a Broncos fan, I'm so surprised to keep hearing all the comments about Samaje. He didn't have a ton of stats, but he really was their secret weapon last year. Any time they were in a bind (which was often) they went to him, over Javonte. He seemed to be able to get the 1st down when they needed it. Won't be fantasy relevant, but I hope they keep him.
Is it a super flex or 1 QB? If it’s a super flex, then it seems like you may be able to get some solid WRs in round 2. Especially if 6 or 7 QBs go in round 1. So I would be cautious. If it’s a 1 QB then most good WRs are probably gone by round 2 and I would probably make that deal.
My wr room is sturdy some older vets I'm looking to move for the right price, but still feel like I could contend. SF leauge. Diggs/A.Cooper/Waddle/D. Smith some middling wr2/3 types after that. Two top QBs, Andrews at TE and Barkley with middling RB2/3 types. I don't have a 1st but a couple 2nds and 3rds. It's a start 9
At this point who knows what the 2026 draft looks like, if you really wanted a 2nd by then I’m sure you can get one pretty easily. I think it’s worth whatever that could turn into to see what rashee can be right now. If he’s awesome that deal will never happen again, if he’s terrible then it only cost you a 2nd two years from now.

Traded aiyuk just after the NFL draft and a couple other small pieces I'm in the middle of a rebuild and really needed picks got a first two seconds this year and one second next year
My approach for RB in dynasty is redraft rankings. 1 year at a time, who scores the most projected points. CMac is my RB1 in dynasty, because by this time next year, the young “studs” we rank highly now could have blown ACL’s, high draft capital backups, projected bad offenses, new coaching staffs, etc. WRs are way more situation-proof than RBs, for whatever reason. But you should not be taking Bijan as RB1 in dynasty unless you project him as RB1 this season.
