Meredith is getting so big, and she’s climbing on everything…to cute 🥰 your organization is coming along way, for those lunch boxes now there will be measuring, so measure the biggest lunch box height on and width and then find a nice basket to line them up in ( you can put them in short side or long side in the basket) and then you can visually see what you have, just get one long and wide enough so that way you won’t keep buying them unless you do the one in and one out mindset….it works in so many areas of organization. Wishing you the best organizing around your house and just remember to have fun with it so you don’t feel so stressed 😩 or frustrated. I can’t wait for future videos 😊

I actually ended up making one, I bought a dry erase paper roll with calender print at dollar tree and a $3 cork board at hobby lobby. It serves its purpose and I love it! I love your channel Kim, my husband was listening to me watch your vids and said "That lady is literally you in another universe" lol!

I found a whiteboard version of 11:10 for $20 (probably less with a coupon or sale) several years ago. Personally I prefer a hanging paper calendar for visible scheduling and a big whiteboard at the end of the hall as a place to take notes and hang to-do papers. My oldest starts kindergarten so I'm keeping an eye out for how to do school organization.
Kim, I love organizing inside baskets! I notice you have a challenging spice cupboard! Lol..my best organized hack is keep them all in a basket then I can pull it out to use them, stops everything from falling out of the cupboard. Love watching your happy energy!

For lunch containers I love the yumbox tapas (4 compartment). My son has been using the same 2 for three years and will be using this year for grade 3. The sections are a great size and the insert are dishwasher safe and the shell is easy to clean. It makes it simple and easy to store.

I used those Command hooks, the ones you can restick and cause no damage, one the side of my kids desk for their earphones. I use the Command products for everything, even in my bathroom. They can be pricey, but I think they are worth it in the end. And I have a command center too with a huge dry erase calendar. Love it (when I remember to use it). I can't believe my kids go back on the 12th?!?! Like what, why so early??
I have the smaller version of the water bottle storage shelf. LOVE IT! I use it for not just our water bottles but our travel coffee mugs fit as well. Makes it so much easier to pull what I need without having to pull all the bottles out to get the one at the back of cupboard (which is usually how it happens lol).
I have those exact duo veggie containers, I ordered them online from a local home store. You can stick chalk labels on the trio basket with the kids names ( on your command center ) so if you ever need to relabel for another purpose, you can.

My two cents.... buying a calendar rather than a dry erase calendar saves a lot of time and energy giving you the opportunity to list future appointments beyond the month that is on the board.
We can do that on our phones too 👍 Alex and I can sync our calendars which works out for us but sometimes I need to see it in teal life lol and I think it will help our kids too 👍

But then I had to redo it at the beginning of every month with the dates and I couldn't put anything on it for future months that I knew was coming. So I ended up getting a pretty paper desk size calendar from Target and that's working much better for our family.
i take those small sistema containers apart and you can stack lids together and baes together and theynest and take-up less space! so no green lidded straggler left behind lol!
I so want the butter holder from target playground... I make my own butter and I love that container... I have one and I am terrified it will break since I use it everyday. Btw, love your post on social media, it great to see you go through what I go through and deal with no finding the items in the store and having to go to other stores ( waiting the storm out) and getting home implement bought items. The secret to lunch containers, manage the amount. I hate washing all the dishes but I hate clutter more so for us, less is better. If the kids lose them, then it becomes a brown bag lunch for the rest of the school year or school lunch. Our school district is providing free breakfast and lunch for everyone this year. Kim have you ever looked at Jordan Paiges planners in youtube? I think you’d LOVE them. They’re not organized by the hour, they’re organized in big chunks called Blocks. Just like your high school classes. You’d have a morning block, work block, nap time block, famiky block, whatever fits your life! Then you write down all the things you have to do in each block but since it’s not rigid down to the hour you can move things around and be flexible. Once your block is done then you move on to the next one. It has helped me so much, I really recommend watching some of her videos on it. It’s the planner you’ve been looking for!

My husband taught me how to tell when a pancake is done. When there are bubbles that pop and don’t fill back in, it’s ready to flip!
I use a plastic wine rack designed for fridges to hold water bottles, bought two and stacked them, way cheaper then the ones made for water bottles

Then you write down all the things you have to do in each block but since it’s not rigid down to the hour you can move things around and be flexible. Once your block is done then you move on to the next one. It has helped me so much, I really recommend watching some of her videos on it. It’s the planner you’ve been looking for!
