How to sew a rag doll from long, narrow scraps of cloth / Soft toy / leftover idea

I made a doll out of the long, narrow scraps left over from cutting the fabric.
Body, clothes, and head cloth are all linen cloth.
I think it would be great as a birthday present or Christmas gift for children.
