Happy New Year 2025 🎉😂 Last night I was on the 5th floor of Emsphere mall to see the New Year's fireworks. Last night I was on the 5th floor of Empres to see the New Year's fireworks with all the friends who had gathered together. Thai people and foreigners from England.😊
In Bangkok, there are way too many malls-more than people actually need. Research shows that people in the inner city can reach a mall within 2.5 km, and those in the suburbs or nearby areas can access one within 5 km. That’s already more than enough for daily life. But honestly, with Thailand being a hot and rainy country, malls fit perfectly into our lifestyle. They’re not just hypermarkets or supermarkets here; they’ve become superstores and community hubs that mix everything together. It’s clear they really understand how people in Bangkok live. What’s cool about malls in Thailand is that they’re like a one-stop destination for almost everything, food, fashion, movies, spas, clinics, concert halls, schools, and even university campuses. That’s why malls here feel so different compared to other places in the world. Personally, I’m not a big fan of going to malls, but I can’t deny how convenient they are-especially when it comes to meeting up with friends or doing stuff. 😊
You are going to the high end places my freind. Those are Western brands catered to tourists. In America that tiny cookie would be $12 and that coffee would be $14
If they could take all the electric, communicative wires down and end masks then I'd agree with you. Not if they are still leaving all these wires on Wireless Road (how ironic), Sathon and Rama IV. Even after they finish all the main roads, inside all the sois are still in shambolic conditions. Mask dystopia still goes on despite being days to 2025 (but a lot better I must say). A lot of work to be done. This city has potential to be among the best if they can fix all these things. Now it may be a great destination for many tourists coming in to spend a week or two but a lot of locals are still living in horrific conditions, hopping onto 65 years old red buses etc.
@@Darkfact66 Isn't it self explanatory? The whole world has moved on from masks with a few exceptions. Bangkok is among those cities that people still hold on to masks. Wearing masks in malls and serving food in masks ain't the real Thai culture. There were no mask here pre-pandemic. So it's long overdue to return to 100% normal life. It's only a handful of people and a few restaurants left in the city anyway. So just end this dystopian shenanigans. It's insane enough that some restaurants still have 'fully masked' staffs as of today. Wake up.
@@allenlim9634 Well, people should be having Homard Bleu more anyway. No need for affordable food no more. Someone needs to bring back L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon. Langsuan would be a perfect venue to reopen Robuchon here.

Three malls Call Em-District same owner

There is lots of work and obstacles that need to be addressed. It does have great potential
If its all new ,there would not be anymore affordable and delicious street foods😂
What do you mean with end masks?
