32k mark is only if you are in Ireland and would want the critical skill visa but if you are in india and looking for a job then you have to get a job who can provide the salary above the amount so that you would be able to get your visa and stuff

Congrats brother.....If you are in india I don't think you can apply work visa on your own bro. Ask your employer to sponsor a visa for you
Your employer should file a work permit for you. As soon as you receive work permit which generally takes 12 weeks you should apply for a multiple entry visa which is valid for 90 days. After entering Ireland you should get a IRP. I believe your employer would have arranged for all the relocation support as needed.
