Such a fab video Luke!! Thank you ever so much for this - I’ll be an Exeter student this Sept., and having only been to the Penryn campus once for an open day without the time to explore Falmouth (you’re very right about the overthinking - although I have wanted to be in this area since beginning the search for unis, sometimes the size of it all and being so far from home seemed a little bit off-putting! 😣), your videos have been absolutely awesome for me in getting an in-depth feel of the place over these last couple of years, going back to your Glasney accomm. videos! Thank you again!! Xx

heyy, I'm thinking about applying as my first choice for next year - is it okay if I ask what you're studying? I'm happy with the course but just scared I'll be missing out if it's too small but this video is so helpful :)

Considering Falmouth as an international student. It doesn’t seem there’s a near airport. Great video by the way!

Falmouth has many international students! There's an airport in Newquay, which is about a 40minute drive away. Other international students just fly to London / Bournemouth / Bristol and then get a coach, but it's definitely worth it when you're there. Beautiful place and amazing courses!

@@JustLukeMorgan I just got the offer from Falmouth on my birthday😂 I accepted the offer and obeyed what my fate arranges me to. I took a short trip to Hong Kong just few days after and big city doesn’t seem to jive my soul, people are simply more aloof comparing to people that are in smaller towns. So yeah I’m curious where did you made friends on campus? I’ve made the mistakes of alienated from the local students back when I was a high school kid in the US.

Chosen this uni prior to my gap year, I loved the idea of being near the beach- and far enough way from home that it’s a completely new experience of living, however my situation has changed, I’m in a serious relationship and can’t image being so isolated and far away from my favourite person- I feel like I might have made a mistake choosing a uni that’s a 7 hour drive from my hometown…

Being by the beach was one of the main reasons why I went there ❤️ But I completely get you on the distance. It’s far away from a lot of things, but you will find your people there and feel less alone.

omg i can relate so much, i started uni this september after a gap year. i decided to go to the same uni as my partner and we've been living together and loving it. however the uni isnt for me. im having to make the tough decision to apply to falmouth as i think it would be much more me... but that will make me 6 hours away from him, when we've been inseparable for over 2 years :((( what to do

The easiest advice is to follow your heart and what you think is right for you - you should feel happy at your choice of university ☺️
