Having Carson at the club I'd imagine helps so much with new players or players with big expectations on them just to know theres someone at the club who never players but is still loved by everyone at the club. would really take away the anxiety of thinking are you good enough do you belong here. he is fantastic Carson is a hero

i wouldn't get my hopes up too soon. so what happens if he doesn't score? you will be disappointed and start to question his form. let him enjoy the game first, get to know the playing style and get used to the possession game. Don't expect him to score straight away. Do that when the real season starts
