Ten Fullbuster yeah these days there are very little design challenges, however their have been 3 on season 11, all other looks are not made on the show(honey davenport took out a loan for hers etc)

Yes their looks were so on point. Rupaul's looks are kinda the same but Art Aria and Pangina's were jaw dropping each time they were on screen!

And Kandy! I actually LOVED all of the contestants on DRT2 but especially the top 5 - Angele, Kandy, Kana, Bandit and Vanda. I would have been OK for any of them to win although honestly Angele winning made the most sense given track record.
This season gave me EVERYTHING I crave from the art of drag. And it was so wholesome and kind too! And it seemed set up to give the queens the best chance for each of them to shine in their own ways. The fact the finale allowed the queens to design their own performances and they each showed so much of their personalities! It was wonderful!
And the runways - utterly out of this world. No season anywhere in the world compares, runway wise.

Emma Littrell Even though Drag Race Thailand didn’t even popularize drag, Thailand’s queens are a lot more creative and take more risks.
S1 was more focused on camp and performance, but S2 was more focused on style and Creativity. By far, S2 is one of the best seasons in the whole franchise for me because because of that representation of Queer Asian High Fashion that I've been looking for growing up.
Yes!! In my view it is THE best season Drag Race has ever seen. It's criminally underrated. It should be as famous as All Stars 2 and DRUK2 in terms of "best drag race seasons".

These looks were light years ahead of most of the girls on the US season, so many of their looks were made by them in the werkroom too, people that say they weren’t good enough then KISS MY ASIAN ASS, most of their looks were so conceptual and creative and are done most of the time the best ways possible and the fact it is getting a 3rd soon cannot wait, though let’s see if they can top themselves again, and people that have yet to watch it WATCH IT.
If Violet Chachki was on Drag Race Thailand, all her looks would be considered the worst, lmaooo

Drag Race Thailand was so much fun to watch. I really enjoyed learning more about Thai culture and legends from all the different stories behind the looks, plus those girls TURNED IT OUT. So much beautiful creativity! ❤

Unfortunately we know the Asian queens will get robbed. Despite being the best. See what happened with Pangina on UKVTW. They made the rule change so she could be up for elimination, just to get rid of her, I feel sure. She would have won otherwise.
Angele Thai Food is iconic
Aquafina NYC I think it might be my favourite look from any season of any of any version of drag race. The only ones that come close are Violet Chachki’s s8 finale and Raven’s harajuku, imo

This season truly blew every season ever on any country out of the water when it came to runway. Even the "low" looks are better and more creative than most US Drag Race runways. And they are made from scratch!!!

i can imagine critiques like "you're a drag queen atleast put on a pump", "why did you go for boy drag" or "its very messy etc" idk I'm probably too used to ru's drag race
Actually the judges for Drag Race Thailand don't do critiques like that. They also don't have the same narrow ideas for what drag is as Ru does. Their criticism is constructive and kind. Instead of being about whether they wore high heels or created a female illusion, it's more about helping each queen refine their unique visions and help them to communicate more clearly in their art.
So a critique will be like "Vanda my dear, your creativity and spirit is very apparent. But the judges and I felt you were nervous on the runway and didn't fully believe in your character. I know you can do better next time, please believe in yourself"
Or
"Mocha Diva, I can see what you were going for in your runway, but your reliance on so many tricks and reveals distracted us from the emotional core of your storyline and we didn't connect to it as strongly as some of the other girls today. Maybe think about that a little harder next time my dear."
Or
"Kandy Zyanide, we see you bring beauty to the runway week after week. Don't be afraid to push out of your comfort zone and surprise us my dear"
And then when queens are sent home, the parting words from the judges will be so heartfelt and encouraging. I really think Art and Pangina have real mentoring relationships to the girls, unlike Ru for his contestants. So it always feels like the judges truly care about and wish the best for the queens no matter what. It's so lovely.

Kewu Kings Not sure about the luggage but unlike the regular US seasons, the Thailand versions is filmed for 6 Months so the girls gets longer breaks to create their own looks while the regular drag race US films for 3 weeks which is why the ru-girls hardly design themselves and usually out-source and hire a designer.

I just miss DRTH so much by watching this video. It’s kinda bittersweet that they ended on such a good season & didn’t realize the impact the show would’ve had if I continued, because no shade but drag is universal and kinda gets stale to just see it in a western aspect.
