Dive into an immersive indoor cycling experience with our training app ’Open Road’ for PC. The app lets you take control of the speed of our cycling videos and provides a better and more realistic indoor cycling experience compared to our ride-along videos on TH-cam. About Col de l'Iseran from Bonneval-sur-Arc
It is hard to find a better 'way' to get 'high' than the route up to Col de l'Iseran. Not only is it the highest paved mountain pass in Europe, but it is also an 'eye-popping' climb. The scenery is simply astonishing. It starts outside Bonneval-sur-Arc with a short warm-up and takes you through the charming village. It is a village categorized as among the most beautiful in France. The ride from here is pretty much scenic all the way and often you can enjoy mesmerizing views of the glaciers. This is a ride full of cycling history. It was on this ride that Egan Bernal took over the yellow jersey and won the Tour de France in 2019.

    Just add music:
Most cyclists would agree that the ride to Col du Tourmalet is awesome. But when it comes to music opinions are very mixed. This is why we recommend adding your favorite music to the ride. It is quite simple. Mute TH-cam and open a browser window. Find a site that offers music (Spotify, TH-cam, etc…) and pick the music you like, and enjoy the ride... The original sound of the ride has been left out. This is because the natural sound of the surroundings is drowned by noise from passing cars, vibrations from the road, wind, and the rider's breathing.

Great video. It only stops (like many others) so abruptly. It would be nice to have a view of the surrounding landscape once you've reached the top.

Thanks for the input Jochen. Interesting idea. Could be cool to do the last five minutes with a drone shoot...

@@BiketheWorld Drone shoot would of course be cool, but also a normal "look around" would be fine.

Great video. I really like it, because I made the tour in 2017 up to the col. The only issue I have, that I can't download the GPS track. Is it possible to find it somewhere outside Strava?
