I just got this figure and even though the articulation is only average, I feel Like I can get him into so many dynamic poses because the flash is such a dynamic character in the way he moves
I just got the Flash earlier i love it to. He looks great with Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman. Close to making a decent Justice League we need Green Lantern ( I do know a new John Stewart GL is coming) Martian Manhunter, Hawkman, Hawk Girl, Aqua Man
Got a couple tonight. Love the classic figures. My son reads my old comics from the mid to late 80s and early 90s so he knows the classic characters, not so much the Earth 41 Batman stuff, I don’t know those characters either. But I love the flash. Can’t wait for: BRAINIAC, RIDDLER MARTIAN MANHUNTER, MR FREEZE, CALIBAN, ROBIN, DR FATE, STEPPENWOLF, basically any Super Powers figures refabs
I really want them to make a green lantern with some construct effects (similar to the dc icons mech suit green lantern), I personally don’t care if it’s made a deluxe edition (30-40$) as long as it comes with a good selection of constructs.
@@ultimateslinger9857 Honestly they should just make them all. My favorites are Hal, John, Kyle, Simon and Jessica, and they all deserve a figure. They could always make the constructs compatible with the other lanterns (similar to how the red death can use the lightning effects) and the deluxe figure is just what they do for the release of Hal Jordan or something.
@@Dreyz-pg2zz on the card it says 8’10. He’s only a bit taller than the other Batman’s who are 6’2. That’s almost a 3 feet difference which means he should be 2-3 inches taller than them
I just received this figure and the diaper on the left side is pushed up and deformed from one of the legs being in an up position in the box. Are there any tips to try and fix this waist piece?
Great review! I think this Flash is based off of the Rebirth Design (not the Manapul version) that being said I would LOVE a Manapul Flash! Can’t wait to add the thigh swivel and ab crunch as seen in the Unparalleled Review.
New52 Flash really hasn't had any redesigns sans that DcYou look that lasted 5 minutes. Generally it's been up the artist or much glowing lines they put into the suit.
So glad I pre-ordered this guy...feel like he is going to be hard to find... especially since the single packed version is better than the two pack version

@@DividedPixels404 In this case, McFarlane try to use the diaphragm and torso joint instead of the abs crouch. But that is very limited degree when you crouch to the forward.
@@articulationtest8803 you got a point,but i think i heard mcfarlane say they do the sculpting the most rather than the articulation,im not fighting you,you got a point but it's very annoying with the torso articulation going back more than forward.
Generally a solid figure. I was in love with it.......until they showed a picture of the Injustice 2 Flash. Agreed on the hand accessories. He's a runner/combatant and the hands they have aren't cutting it. The lack of forward articulation is annoying and he can't look up all that much(and he's a runner). Still solid figure. I got it from Gamestop along with the other figures because Walmart has just failed with online orders. Overall that seems to now be the running issue. Lack of accessories and some articulation. Also maybe it's just me but the butterfly joints are weird on these figures. One side that cap moves with the arm and the other it's in place. I keep thinking the figures are broken or I'm about to break them.
Definitely is made to put in the one pose and seeing it beside the Mattel just makes me want a better version of that one, if not for the effect pieces this would be an easy pass for me

So I just got my first Marvel Legends figure to start my collection and it’s the Uncanny X-Men Muramasa Wolverine. I’m going to focus on getting a lot of X-Men characters.
I'm not a DC guy, or a fan of the 7" scale, but this just looks too cool to pass on. Have to find a way to put him in a display of other random figures. Always liked Flash for some reason. Way better than Quicksilver from Marvel, ha.
I don't understand how anyone can look at this figure with the unique incredibly detailed sculpt immaculate paint etc etc then be content with what's coming from 80% of marvel legends.

Francis Manapul's run was the first Flash run I ever read and I really enjoyed it and the artwork especially was beautiful, but I'm sorry I don't see the likeness to his art at all with this figure, the lightning bolts on his head are way to long and generally it looks way more cartoony than his art. I feel like a lot of these new McFarlane figures are much more stylized versions of certain character designs, like this figure and the animated based characters, but that's not to say that they're bad figures and there's plenty that look extremely accurate, there's just some that I feel miss the mark. Even though it was a much less functional figure I think that the DC Collectibles New 52 Flash did a much better job at emulating the art style of the Manapul run than this figure.
This figure is a whole lot better than I anticipated....I might have to get The Flash after all Shart - your review game has been extra strong as of late...love you getting so many figures so early!! Great review as always!! Great job brother!

What do you mean? For the most part they all have fantastic torso articulation. Forward and backward. It was in the video.
